Our experience with yourself, Ben and the rest of your team was outstanding, and would be happy to recommend Adrian Brien to anyone. My wife has her eye on the IX35’s so early next year(when the lease runs out on the current car) we will return. Once again thanks for your help. Cheers. Roger.”[/testimonial2]

[testimonial2 author=”Robert from Cape Jarvis” + pic=”http://adelaidereviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/Robert-From-Cape-Jarvis.jpg”]“On the twenty-first day of September, my wife and I took delivery of a new i30 manual Diesel. This machine is our fourth Hyundai, the others being two Terracans (one of which we still have) and an Excel. Approximately three to four weeks ago we visited your Dealership when the contract to purchase was signed. Since that time the sales consultant with whom we negotiated the purchase has demonstrated outstanding care for our welfare as we have proceeded through the purchase of this vehicle. His conduct within the showroom was exemplary, showing a gentle concern for our needs as he guided us towards the sale. I do admit that we were going to buy an i30 anyhow, but David made the whole process so much easier and he met our requirements perfectly. We left the dealership that day quite happy with what we had “achieved”. The process did not end there. During the time it took for the vehicle to be brought over from Sydney, cleaned, pre delivered and to have and to have accessories fitted, we were contacted no less than four times to let us know what was happening. We believe that the way in which David handled this sale was absolutely first class. I have been in the automotive scene since 1960. My father was a Volkswagen dealer and I did my apprenticeship there. Later I joined TAFE for a period of 26 years. I am still a member of the Institute of Automotive Mechanical Engineers. I have had a keen interest in the way vehicle sales consultants react to various customer demands for many years. My wife and I put certain demands on David and he produced an outcome suitable to what we were after. I would ask you to please thank him wholeheartedly on our behalf. Robert, Btch, MIAME.”[/testimonial2]

It’s not your fault!

Until very recently if you were on a tight budget and wanted a small car you had to make a lot of sacrifices.

Sacrifices like power, convenience, comfort and safety.

Power

Most small cars come with a small engine perfect for zipping around town but a struggle if you are going up hills or wanting to go on a long trip interstate.

Convenience

Most small cars don’t have a built in navigation system, an advanced multimedia entertainment system or proximity smart key and push button start.

Comfort

Most small cars don’t offer heated front seats or dual-zone auto climate control (Elite and Premium).

Safety

Most small cars are generally not as safe as you would like them to be with a three star or less ANCAP safety rating.

[testimonial2 author=”Jeff from Morphett Vale” + pic=”http://adelaidereviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/Jeff-From-Morphett-Vale.jpg”]“I bought a Hyundai ILoad from Craig Smith early August I have never got better customer service in the time I have bought cars which is quite a few in 43 years of driving. Craig and his sales team are the best in the business and would highly recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a car. Along with this I received good sound financial advice from Peter. The service department, I was looked after by Ivan who was able to get the 1st service arranged around my schedule. I must not forget Tara who arranged the tinting of the windows. In all a very high professsional sales and service team and are highly recommended. Congratulations Craig on your 15 years with the company. In will definitely be back.”[/testimonial2]

All of this has now changed with the introduction of the New Generation Hyundai i30.

Now it is possible to own a small car that is powerful, safe and packed with lots of features as standard. Features that will ensure that your every day driving experience is comfortable and enjoyable as well.

[testimonial1 author=”CarVerdict.Com.Au”]“The new Hyundai i30 features a more refined and stylish European exterior design. The Koreans like to call it ‘Fluidic Sculpture’ styling which comes from their German design house in Rüsselsheim. All we know is it looks bloody fantastic!”[/testimonial1]
[testimonial2 author=”Ashley from Cumberland Park” + pic=”http://adelaidereviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/Ashley-From-Cumberland-Park.jpg”]“Dear Sir, I recently purchased an Hyundai i30 from your dealership and am writing to express my appreciation for the way in which your staff carried out the transaction. Andrea who I dealt with was absolutely fantastic throughout the process without being pushy at all. She offered me every courtesy and service and made the entire purchase as effortless as possible. Andrea is to be commended for also fitting in with the expiration of the registration of my trade in vehicle and for keeping me informed at every stage. I previously had a finance relationship with another company but was happy to change to your recommended financier as a result of the time and effort that Michael put in to tailoring the numbers to fit my requirements. Not only was it a painless process but it required very little effort on my part. My brother, Chris, recommended I deal with you and purchase the vehicle and I now understand why. Thank you. Kind regards, Ashley.”[/testimonial2]

The Hyundai i30 is definitely a winner gaining praise far and wide from some of the automotive industry’s best, here is a sample of what others have to say about this fantastic vehicle:

[testimonial1 author=”PrivateFleet.Com.Au”]“By all accounts, the new Hyundai i30 is a great small hatch. All the bases are covered; this car has plenty of talent. The i30’s neatly finished exterior boasts a design that is fresh and different, and Hyundai claim that the Smart exterior design has been aided by German assistance. The side on view displays lines that are very artistically polished, with the eye catching ridgeline sweeping back just above the side skirts being a particular highlight. The elevated taillights not only look superb but their height also makes the car’s rear end highly visible to traffic at the rear. Striking alloys and a unique, integrated bumper deign wholly complete the Hyundai i30.”[/testimonial1]
[testimonial1 author=”CarShowroom.Com.Au”]“Trust Hyundai. Just when you thought the small hatchback market had everything covered, the Korean giant has lobbed an all-new i30 lineup which, while more expensive than its predecessor, is so jam-packed with equipment it challenges the value-for-money of all rivals. On top of that you can add a well-tuned sporty chassis set-up, nice petrol or turbo-diesel engines and a very slick all-new look. ”[/testimonial1]
[testimonial1 author=”MyNRMA.Com.Au”]“Inside there has been a real attempt to improve the quality, not just of the design but the materials used, and it feels a lot like the i40 which was designed in the same German design studio. The new model will be available with Hyundai’s latest generation petrol and diesel engines, and the choice of transmissions is either 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic. ”[/testimonial1]
[testimonial2 author=”Claire and Garry from Glenelg East” + pic=”http://adelaidereviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/Claire-And-Garry-From-Glenelg-East.jpg”]“Dear Andrew. It has been our pleasure to conduct business with your dealership over the last two weeks, culminating in the purchase and pickup of a Hyundai ix35 yesterday. Having driven the vehicle for less than twenty four hours, it is difficult at this stage to assess all the wonderful features we fell in love with. But if the smiles on our faces as we drove around Adelaide yesterday are any indication, we are in for a long and satisfactory future together. Before we reached that stage, however, we had to be guided through the benefits and reasons why we should choose, firstly a new car and secondly, this particular model. And how fortunate we were when Andrea was our guide. As you would be well aware, there are many disparaging remarks about car sales staff and this is unfair, as we have found staff in other service industries who fail to understand their customer. But in Andrea, we found a gem! Her knowledge of the product was commendable and the confidence she instilled in us to decide on the Hyundai rather than the Toyota Rav4 was a decision which felt guided but not steamrolled. We were able to witness Andrea’s completely professional, yet warm and welcoming approach on three separate occasions and, not only did she respond to our every question, but had that all important ‘finger on the pulse” of the dealership. We were impressed with the ‘referral reward” cards included in the pack should we wish to promote your dealership and can assure you they will not be difficult to pass on, especially when Andrea’s name will accompany each referral. Thank you for a wonderful purchasing experience. Regards.”[/testimonial2]

Across the i30 range you have the choice of highly efficient petrol and diesel engines, which have both been designed to take city driving in their stride while also being ready to be unleashed on the open road. *i30 Premium model shown.

Petrol Engine

When powered with a petrol engine, the i30 is equipped with Hyundai’s 1.8 litre ‘Nu’ powerplant, which features Dual Continuously Variable Valve Timing (Dual CVVT) that provides up to 110kW of power (5% more than the previous i30 model) with 9.7% less fuel consumption for manual transmission models or 9.2% less for automatic*.

*Comparisons based on the previous 2.0 litre i30 petrol engine model.

Diesel Engine

For the i30 diesel, the power is provided by a 1.6 litre high-output engine from Hyundai’s ‘U2’ series. Using Common Rail Direct Injection (CRDi) technology and a Variable Geometry Turbo (VGT), it’s impressive 260Nm of maximum torque and 94 kW power output is matched by remarkable fuel efficiency and lower emissions.

6 Speed Transmissions

Safety

Safety Without Compromise

When you drive the i30 you have the assurance that it has been designed and built to achieve the maximum safety rating. This same high safety standard applies across all current model Hyundai passenger vehicles, because at Hyundai, safety is never an optional extra.

*Overseas model shown.

Active Safety

In an emergency manoeuvre, Electronic Stability Control (ESC) helps keep the i30 on track, while Hyundai’s Traction Control System (TCS) monitors grip and reduces wheel spin to assist safe acceleration on slippery or uneven road surfaces. The Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist System (BAS) enhances safety under emergency braking situations by preventing the i30’s brakes from locking up while distributing brake-force according to the vehicle’s load.

The state-of-the-art Vehicle Stability Management (VSM) helps the driver maintain control of the vehicle by applying counter-steering assistance to guide the vehicle back into the correct steering direction. This innovative safety technology helps the i30 maintain the correct steering position in instances where the driver reacts too slowly or tries to steer in the incorrect direction while trying to maintain vehicle control.

Passive Safety

Hyundai’s commitment to safety is paramount with the use of high-tensile steel in its chassis, and this is complemented with a comprehensive system of 7 airbags that will protect you in the event of a collision. These includes: driver and front passenger airbags; nearside and offside curtain airbags; left and right side airbags; and a driver’s knee.

The i30 features three child-restraint anchor points making it easy to utilise the full flexibility of the 60:40 split fold seats.
