We are very pleased to introduce to you the new Ford X-Time Service Booking System for Ford owners.
The Ford X-Time Service Booking System allows Ford customers to make a service booking online and lets you pick a time that is suitable for you.
It allows the Ford Service Department to take service bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the bookings link to our Dealer Management System.
It provides the Capped Price Service cost and dealers can enter extra items for customers to select such as wheel alignments, accessory specials and more.
Bookings can be made on most mobile devices, via our main website and also via the Auto Advisor Mobile App.
Emails are automatically sent to customers to remind them of their service, if you make a booking 12 months in advance you will receive an email one month prior to your appointment to remind you, then two days prior from your allocated appointment day.
Service staff can search for customers by Name, Registration Number, VIN, Phone Number and Email Address which makes it easier for us to provide you with first class service.
An Online Vehicle Report Card also allows dealers to easily prompt customers who require repairs not completed at the last service.
Also, it is much easier for us to check if a customer has a query on repairs required at their last service as all details are online, no trying to find the hard copy of the Repair Order or Report Card – which means that we can respond to your enquiries more quickly and efficiently.
Customers can get their own login and see the history of their vehicle with all repairs and services completed at our dealership.
Overall it’s a great Customer Relationship Management System which allows a record of all customer contacts.
