Q: How did you get started in the automotive business?
A: I started as a motor mechanic however I discovered that I really enjoy dealing with people so I ventured into the realm of service advising.
Q: What do you like about working for Adrian Brien Automotive?
A: The people here are great to work with, it’s close to home and there is a sense of security and stability working for a business that has been around for more than 40 years.
Q: Do you have any tips for someone who may be interested in getting into the business?
A: My number one tip is basically just to keep calm and listen, you have to be a very good listener so you can understand and get to the real problem or issue.
Q: What is your primary role?
A: I’m a Service Advisor so it’s my job to make sure that our customers get their cars serviced as required to the highest possible standard.
Q: Is there a charity or community group that you currently support?
A: I like to support the Cancer Council.
