This month’s featured staff member is Alan Anderson who recently moved to Australia from Scotland.

 Q: How did you get started in the automotive business?

A: I recently moved here from Scotland (June 2012) and was referred by one of the existing staff members (Sharon Stringfellow). I applied, went through three interviews and filled out a questionnaire and by the 31st of July I was ready for my first day of work.

Q: What do you like about working for Adrian Brien Automotive?

A: I really like the whole ethos of the company, the training provided is excellent, it’s a big company with good backing and the customer is always first priority which is a fantastic attitude to have.

Q: Do you have any tips for someone who may be interested in getting into the business?

A: Go for it! It’s not something that I would have considered doing in the past but now that I’m here, I wouldn’t want to do anything else, I thoroughly enjoy it.

Q: What are you promoting at the moment?

A: The Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT has just been released and it is very popular at the moment because it offers an amazing level of performance and finish at an incredible price. Also, if you are looking for an entry level Jeep please consider the Jeep Compass or the Jeep Patriot, at $25,000 drive away they are a bargain and perfect for most first time Jeep owners.

Q: Is there a charity or community group that you currently support?

A: I’m currently a member of the Port Noarlunga RSL Club.
