I Even Bought In A Carton Of Beer For Everyone To Share Just A Few Days Later

Featured Customer Review

This month’s featured customer review is courtesy of Brydie from Para Vista who recently purchased a Ford Ranger from Adrian Brien Ford.

Thank you Brydie for choosing Adrian Brien Ford!

“To whome it may concern,

After going to a few other dealerships I came into your dealership tossing up between a few different makes and models of 4WD and not really feeling confident with previous information and customer service I had received earlier that day.

During my visit I got a lot of support, information and confidence with making a decision from Simon, Peter and Neil who took me step by step through everything I needed to know and helping me pick out something that I would be really happy with. They even searched other dealerships that you are connected with to find me the right car and also pointed out the differences and found me a model with all the things I wanted but still keeping in with my budget and requirements that I was looking for.

The process was long as I spent a good frew hours there but they spent the time with me and would check to see how it was all going which I really appreachiated, along with offering me drinks and generally chatting and joking and not making it feel like they just wanted my money. (A feeling I got when at other dealerships).

I have now had my Ranger for just over a month and can not be more happier with it and the decision they helped me make, I have told everyone about the amazing service that I received through the experience and definitely have been recommending you to not only friends and family but even customers at work.

A great job should never go unnoticed and unfortunately for many it does, so I wanted to take the time to write to you and tell you how happy I am that I even bought in a carton of beer for everyone to share just a few days later.

I hope this letter finds the right people so that they are recognised for the fantastic work they did and know how much I appreachiated their help.

Kind regards,

Brydie
Extremely happy Ford Ranger owner!”

Make Room In Your World

Life can go in all kinds of directions. The configurable interior of the Jeep Compass is designed to give you options to take what you need and make the most of your travels. Fold down the 60/40 or available 40/20/40 split-folding rear seats to reveal a generous amount of cargo space.

“On sale from January 14, the 2018 Jeep Compass is an all-new offering that trades heavily on its butch styling and promise of go-anywhere capability, but also on what Jeep says is compelling value. Indeed, at the low end, the Compass is price competitive with segment stalwarts like the Mazda CX-5, Toyota RAV4 and Hyundai Tucson, while the range-topping Compass Trailhawk undercuts the majority of its Japanese, Korean and European rivals.”

1. How Do I Unlock The Boot Of My Hyundai i20 Without Getting Out Of The Car?

Q: Hi, I bought a Hyundai i20 from you guys 6 months ago and I don’t know how to unlock the boot while I’m still in the car. When I pick up friends from the airport I have to turn off the car & get out to unlock it with my key fob. How do I unlock it while I’m still in the car? Laura.

A: Hi Laura, thank you for this great question.

With the Hyundai i20, to unlock the boot you simply have to turn off the engine and take the key out of the ignition. Once the engine is turned off and the key has been taken out of the ignition the doors will unlock automatically including the boot.

2. The 6 Most Common Types Of Fuel

When purchasing a new vehicle these days you will find that there are many different types of fuel options. Each type of fuel has it’s advantages and disadvantages. Here is a basic outline of each of the most common types of fuels you will find when purchasing a new vehicle.

3. How To Ensure That Your Tyres Are Properly Inflated

Inappropriate tyre pressure can cause poor mileage, uneven tyre wear or in some cases a tyre blow-out. To prevent these events from happening it is important to maintain proper tyre pressure on your vehicle.

In some situations it is more beneficial to lower your tyre pressures such as when driving on sand because this provides better flotation by increasing the size of your “footprint” and thus dramatically improving your traction. It also reduces the amount of strain on your vehicle and minimises wear and tear on the tracks.

If you deflate your tyres for this purpose please remember to re-inflate them again!

Checking your tyres and ensuring that they are properly inflated is an easy process that you should be doing on a regular basis to ensure that your vehicle is always performing at it’s best.
